Martina Fuentes Sets New Record In Uruguay!
Q: What was the best part about representing your country?
Martina: My relay team of 4 had an Olympian swimmer in it! That was pretty awesome.
Q: How often do you train?
Martina: Everyday for 4 hours with exception of Tuesdays & Thursdays where I train both in the mornings and afternoons.
Q: Aren't you tired?
Martina: Yes, but I manage and learn to deal with my tiredness.
Q: Do people at school know that you are an amazing swimmer?
Martina: A few friends.
Q: Have you ever wanted to quit?
Martina: Once last year but thanks to my Dad helped me created a great team that is now like my family!
Q: How do you feel about swimming right now?
Martina: Good! This year is my climax! To be an Olympic swimmer you need to have 4 "Quadruple-A" times and right now I am borderline for 2 of them.
