Spring Craft Show 2022 is coming up!
We’re excited to host our annual spring craft show on Saturday, March 26 from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at Easton Area High School.
- Over 100 crafters and vendors are registered for the show
- Expect some good eats at the food court
- This public event is a big fundraiser for the IMA
NYC St. Patrick's Day Preliminary Information
We are 11 days away from the parade!
We learned on Friday afternoon we will need to be in NYC by 10:45am on the 17th. The parade steps off at 11am. A report time at the high school will be shared early this week once we coordinate with our bus company. An estimated report time is 6:30 a.m.
When students arrive at the high school, please bring the following:
- Uniform in garment bag (including shoes, hat, gloves, long white socks).
- Instrumentalists, we will be wearing white pants, so you will need to wear white socks.
- Instrument/ Equipment (cleaned & polished).
- ANYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE PARADE
- Breakfast (no nut products), WATER BOTTLE.
- If you carry an inhaler or EpiPen, you must have this with you.
- Any students who will be taking a prescription medication should see the instructions below.
Arrive to the high school wearing what you will wear underneath your uniform. Instrumentalists, honor guard, DM: this includes your red band shirt and light colored shorts. We will touch base on layering once we get a better sense of the weather.
Uniform preparations for the parade:
- All jackets have been repaired and are ready for pick up by students. Please ensure all jackets are picked up by the end of this week.
- If your jacket is dirty, make sure you take it to the dry cleaners ahead of time.
- ALL STUDENTS should wash their sweat collars.
- New gloves will be available for purchase. Each pair is $3.
- Clean your shoes. White shoe polish or a magic eraser work very well.
Students who will be taking a prescription medicine for the NYC Parade:
- You will turn this medication in upon arrival to the HS on March 17 with our nurses.
- The medication MUST be in the original bottle with your name on it.
- Place the medication in a CLEAR ZIPLOC bag and label the bag with your name & section.
- You must have a medication administration form completed (signed by a doctor) in order to have the medication administered.
- Questions? Reach out directly to Mr. Ballentine.
