Fall Fundraiser - Just One Week To Go!

Our fundraiser has just one week left to go! All order forms and payments must be submitted by Monday, October 15th.

There are so many great things to purchase from cookie dough, cakes, popcorn, and many more fun treats! You can also order many additional products from the online store.

If you need any additional order forms or materials, please let us know. We have extras in each office. Please make sure that your child is bringing back their tickets daily with items sold to be included in the fun kangaroos and daily drawings for great prizes! They are also earning other great prizes for the number of items sold, including Jungle Patrol and the money machine just to name a few!!

Our biggest selling class (by percentage) - one preschool and one elementary - will win a pizza and cookie party for the entire class! The two biggest sellers will additionally choose from one of three prizes:

  • $100 of school uniform / spirit apparel
  • Free Friday catered lunch program for November and December plus free registration for November Parent's Night Out
  • 2 free months of afterschool club - including woodworking, DIY, basketball, volleyball, STEAM, or drama.

Happy selling and thank you for your support of our school!

Elementary Parent Conferences

All elementary parents will have their first parent-teacher conference over the next week. You should have received notification of your scheduled time. If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher.

We hope that everyone plans to attend this fun day, and we appreciate your support with your donations!

Health Screenings

The mandated health screenings were conducted this week, and results will be sent home as soon as we receive them. They will also be back next week to do any make-up or re-screens as needed.

Family Movie Night - Friday, October 5th

We will be hosting our next Family Movie Night tonight; we will be showing "Inside Out.". Food will be available at 7:00 p.m., and we will start the movie as soon as it is dark enough. Bring your blankets and get ready to enjoy a fun evening under the stars! Kona Ice will be available for purchase, as well as our popcorn bar.

Outdoor Science Education Trip - 4th, 5th, and 6th Grades

We had our first overnight trip of the year this week for our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students. They had a wonderful time exploring nature in many scientific ways this week!

Club DIY

This week's missed class will be made up on Tuesday, October 9th.

Internet Safety

The technological world that we live in offers so many wonderful resources and opportunities for our children; however, it also presents potential risks and dangers. We are continually working to educate our children; attached is some additional support for your communication with your children.

Thank you for being amazing people raising amazing children! I am a firm believer, as many of you have heard me say, that parenting is the most difficult job that any of us will ever have! We do not get any training or guidance, and we just try to make the best decisions that we can for our children. With that tough job comes the most rewarding and special relationships that any one could ask for! Enjoy your amazing little people and have a great weekend!
