Digital Post-it Notes!
Too AMAZING not to share!
Google Keep is one of my favorite things! Over the last year I have used this digital tool in my professional AND personal life. Google Keep is an APP that you can sync with your computer and also download on your smart phone. You can create digital 'post it notes' that you can edit anytime, anywhere. It allows you to change the 'post-it note' color, share notes with friends, collaborate with teachers, and include checkboxes for people who have to "cross things off their list"! One click and your teacher 'to do' list is taken care of. I even create my grocery list using Google Keep and collaborate on our food list with my husband!
Step 1:
- Log into your GMail
- Go to Google and type in, 'Google Keep'
- Click on http://www.google.com/keep/
Step 2:
- Once you have logged into the GMail account you would like to use, you will see several post-it notes appear on your screen (see below)
- Each post-it note will explain different features of Google Keep
- Read through all of the features
Step 3: Create your 1st note!
- Click 'Add Note'
- Create a 'Title' - Change the color, add a picture, add a person to collaborate and play around with your settings

How do I earn my badge?
1.) Create a 'Google Keep' notes
2.) 'Title' your notes (Ex. 'Groceries' or 'To Do List')
3.) Change the note to a FUN color
4.) 'Share' the note with savannahrichards@fcschools.net to receive your badge!
How do I add it to my phone?
Android or Apple
- Go to your 'Play Store' (Android) or 'App Store' (Apple)
- Type in 'Google Keep'
- Download the Google Keep App - Make sure you sign in with the email you would like to use for Google Keep
- Anytime you want to change it on your phone, it will update it online
