When and where was the Declaration of independence signed?

The declaration of independence was place at the second Continental congress in Philadelphia on July 1st, 1776.

When was it approved??? and who wrote it? Why did they write it?

In fact, the declaration of independence has been approved on August 2nd, 1776. Thomas Jefferson was the main author. They wrote it because they wanted their freedom and their rights.

What three rights did the writers say unalienable rights and that we were born with??? And what were that complaints about the king?

Our unalienable rights are life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. The complaints were not to house soldiers, no taxation without representation and no king.
