THE HOOT
October Staff Communication
------------ A Quote from A new family ------------
"So far, we are loving this. It is challenging, but it's just what my older kids needed. The teachers and support staff have been incredibly helpful. I am really enjoying our school year for the first time in a couple of years."
~A WVL Parent

Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
Purpose:
The WVL PAC seeks to bring parents together to help Wisconsin Virtual Learning develop and grow as an organization in order to help children reach their fullest potential.
Goals for the 2018/19 School Year:
1. Establish a platform for collaborating and sharing learning coach roles. Blogs, chat rooms, private facebook pages. Curriculum forum page development. Perhaps separated by topics/subject/curriculum. Study habits/learning environment development.
2. Creation of a family directory and set up of social network (outside of school activities). Perhaps setting up local events/gatherings.
3. Work through curriculum considerations and provide feedback on current program offerings at the elementary level.
4. Provide feedback for our 6-12 grade levels to make suggestions for change, electives, clubs, etc.
