Saturn is called the Ringed Planet. Saturn is 891 milion miles from the sun. It has thirty one moons. Saturn's the sixth planet from the Sun. One year on Saturn is equal to 29 years on Earth. One day on Saturn is equal to ten hours and two minutes on Earth. Saturn is not perfecly round. Saturn is the least dense planet in the Solar System.
Planet Research Information
The planet got its name after a Roman God named Cronus. The average temperature on Saturn is very cold. One rotation of my planet takes is ten hours and thirteen minutes. My planet is 9.5 times bigger then Earth. The color of Saturn is mostly blue. My planet's atmosphere is made out of helium, hydrogen, and methane. The rings on Saturn are mostly made of ice. Saturn is the furthest planet from Earth that can be seen without a telescope.
