Read Across America Family Fun Night!
Families! We have some fun coming up on March 5th to celebrate Read Across America! One of the events is a 'Book Tasting' - no we are NOT eating books. What we are doing is giving others a taste of your favorite book! It is so fun to go all out and be creative! Here's how this works:
Students will:
● Decorate a table to match their book .
● Present a short synopsis of their favorite book.
● Some bring snacks that go along with the book, but you do not need to.
● Be creative!
If you want to participate that night, please RSVP here: BES Book Tasting
STEM with Mrs. Jamison
Starting the week of March 19th - 4th grade STEM classes will be building a foosball model. We are in search of 40 shoe boxes in good condition. If you have an empty shoe box you could donate, it would be greatly appreciated. Your student can drop them off in the STEM room before heading into the gym in the morning from now until March 7th.
Thank you!

This week we begin a new mindset, The Time is Now! This mindset teaches us that our power is in the present! Or focus this week will be on how to Embrace Every Moment - find ways to learn from each experience and choose to find joy even in challenges.
