New Pilates classes with a specialised Pilates Instructor:

Joseph Pilates himself was a sickly child but determined to overcome this he explored many Eastern and Western philosophies and exercise regimes, including yoga, martial arts; becoming a recognised gymnast, skiier and boxer himself.

With practice Pilates can really change your body. The precise, flowing, controlled movements can develop and enhance:

- Core Strength

- Improve body shape and tone

- Flexibility

- Control and awareness

- Endurance

- Breathing / stress reduction

Your posture in everyday life will improve as you strengthen central core muscles. Pilates is also ideal for cross-training for other athletic / sporting pursuits and to prevent injury.

Tuesday 18th - all levels: 7pm to 8pm

Wednesday 12th: 6.15pm to 7.15pm - beginners / improvers

Wednesday 12th: 7.30pm to 8.30pm - improvers plus

NB: some change inbetween classes may be possible to avoid missing a session when you can't avoid it.
