May is Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness month so During the week of May 6 – 10 Hildebrandt Intermediate, in conjunction with our Culture 4 Caring club, will be conducting a Mental Health awareness program. The program will consist of posters and banners throughout the school and short informational videos shown at the beginning of LEAD class every day. The goal is to raise awareness among everyone at Hildebrandt regarding issues such as stress, anxiety and depression and to provide them with information that can help them stay mentally healthy as they mature.

We encourage you to ask your student every day during the week what they learned regarding mental health that day. We appreciate the tremendous role you have in guiding how your students understand difficult and complex issues.

Our #HildePonyExpress was passed from Mrs. Fleming to Mrs. Taylor! She has taught me so much since I have been here at Hildebrandt. Her dedication to her students is inspiring. She is always going the extra mile helping students understand cultures from around the world. She has a story for every country Mrs. Taylor is so caring and thoughtful!! She truly has the heart of a Mustang.

Each week the #HildePonyExpress will be passed on to other teachers and staff! Check out our twitter to see more.
