Honoring Our Eighth Grade Graduates
Corpus Christi Academy Class of 2020 SOARS to New Heights
Honoring Our Graduates
The 2020 graduating class at Corpus Christi Academy may be small but they are mighty. While all of their graduation plans and traditions are presently in flux, the Academy would like to spend the month of May honoring one graduate a day. Our young ladies and gentlemen are truly the example for all others to follow as they have Inspired, Excelled, and Served the Corpus Christi Academy family like true EAGLES. As our Eagles prepare for the exciting and challenging world in front of them they can always remember being a CORPUS CHRISTI ACADEMY Eagle: "but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" Isaiah 40:31
Ava Hartman
Ava was so very quiet in second grade, I wasn't sure she could talk at the beginning of the year! But as the year went on, Ava opened up and had a very quick wit! She was very creative and theatrical. She shined during our Spring Theater production! Watching Ava over the years she has grown into a strong leader. Her faith shines through with everyone she meets. Her love and dedication to the school plays will be missed. - Miss Shipley
She participated in Ambassadors club, drama club, cooking club, yearbook, and is a member of student council.
She was looking forward to playing the lead character in the school play.
She won the school spelling bee and participated in the regional spelling bee and advanced to NEOSEF in the science fair.
She is an Altar Server for St. Clare Church.
She enjoys running, bike riding, hiking, baking, and acting.
She’ll be attending Beaumont School and plans to run track and cross country.
Congratulations Ava! Thank you for making CCA a better place!
