Master Schedule
Final Exam Schedule Semester 1
There are two tabs, one for teachers and one for middle school students.
All East Campus teachers need to review the schedule as some specials have moved to accommodate the testing times.
Grades
Grades and Comments are due by 8:00am on Monday, December 21st. Cathy will check through them on Monday and Tuesday for any conflicts, so please keep an eye on your email for anything she may need you to update. We will print them when we return from break. They should go home on Wednesday, Jan 6th.
Christmas Staff Party
Time to take a break and enjoy one another this holiday season! As a way to celebrate and to say thank you for your dedication and hard work to get Holy Trinity off the ground and running, the Administration Team and our PTA are hosting a Christmas Gathering. Please see the attachment to the email :)
Student Christmas Celebrations - Friday, December 18th
As a way to close out the first semester, we have some fun planned for the students (and staff too)!
- For our West and Central students, inflatables will be set up in the gym. I attempted to keep this as close to your normal PE times, but there are a few classes that needed to be added in or adjusted slightly due to your classroom parties :)

9:00-9:30 Mrs. Clauss, Mrs. Hinkle
9:30-10:00 Miss Lauren, Miss Dana
10:00-10:30 Miss Mindy

11:00-11:30 Mrs. Heeke
12:25-12:55 Mrs. Hurm, Mrs. Schneider
12:55-1:25 Mrs. Weinzapfel
1:25 - 2:00 Mrs. Reckelhoff
2:00-2:30 Mrs. Dupps
- For our East students in grades 3-5, we will attend Mass in the morning. Following Mass, the 4th grade will skate at 8:45 - 10:30, 3rd grade from 9:00-10:45, and 5th grade from 9:15-11:00. Only cost is $1/student if they opt to have inline skates. They may also bring their own skates from home.
- For our East middle school students, we will attend Mass in the morning. Following Mass until lunch I would recommend that you create small groups of 6th-8th graders and plan various activities that they can rotate between. (This would include teachers who are normally here after Mass until Lunch). Following lunch at 12:20pm, all 6th -8th graders and middle school teachers will depart to go bowling (2 games) until approximately 2:20pm. No cost to students.
