LAKE FENTON HIGH SCHOOL
SENIOR NEWSLETTER 2024
LFHS Senior Newsletter
Hello Lake Fenton Families,
We are finally into second semester of your child's senior year! As your child nears the close of their senior year, there are many important milestones and deadlines to be aware of, and we are here to support you every step of the way. In this newsletter, you will find vital information regarding the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process and our FAFSA family event coming up in February, which is essential for securing financial aid for college. Additionally, we have outlined important dates and scholarship opportunities as well as college application deadlines. As we approach the final commencement and conclusion of your child's high school career, I encourage you to take time to reflect on the amazing journey they have taken to young adulthood.
In closing, I want to express how incredibly proud I am of the young adults your children have become. Their growth, resilience and determination have been truly inspiring. As we look ahead to their final commencement, I can't wait to see what the future holds for each and every one of them. Go Blue Devils!
Proud Principal,
Kate VanHouten Ed. S
