The True Story of Rumplestiltskin

By: Liesl Shurtliff

"Opal, the millers daughter, i have to help her." Pg. 89

Rump showed compassion when he said he was going to help the millers daughter even when her father was very mean to him and didn't give him any food.

Rump is brave because to find his full name, he has to walk through the woods and wilderness by himself and he face a pack of trolls on his own.

Rump's granny is slowly dying and he tries to get food for her even though it means exposing his magic.

Rump does not know what to do to be able to get rid of his magic and Red's granny keeps telling him to "watch your step" and he didn't know what that meant.
