Lincoln PTO Newsletter

November/December 2015

Greetings from the Lincoln PTO

As we near the end of our first semester, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our Lincoln families for the support we have received in executing the events for our children. We are busy planning and finalizing details for the second semester and look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you!

Lincoln PTO

DECEMBER

SECRET SANTA WORKSHOP

This event will be held during school hours this Tuesday and Wednesday, December 1st and 2nd. This is an educational experience, where students learn the importance of saving their money and budgeting for holiday surprises.

All purchases are “kid priced”. Information will be sent home with your child today, Monday, November 30th, to ensure kids would not forget over the long Thanksgiving break.

We are still in need of a few more helping hands on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 1st and 2nd, from 11-2:30. Please contact Erica Coduti, Lincolnptovpofoperations@gmail.com, or Natalie Jarvis, Lincolnptopresident@gmail.com. Or you can click the link below to sign up using the app Volunteer Spot.

Just a reminder your volunteer form needs to be on file with the school prior to the event.

Gifts for the Holidays

Lincoln Spirit Wear

Looking for a special gift that they'll remember all year long? We now have zip-up hoodies and t-shirts for sale. All orders must be received by December 16th to ensure delivery before the holiday break. Please indicate on the form if this is a gift.

NOVEMBER

BOX TOPS

Thank you to all of our families who submitted Box Tops. From our October submission we will receive $83.40. These funds will be used to help suport our upcoming events.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

On October 20, 2015, the general PTO Membership voted on the following items for the 2015-2016 school year: Animoto, SpelingCity (account for each student), and Catchbox/Karaoke Machine (used in classes, small groups and assemblies).
