snacks
Take A Snack; Give a Snack will soon be up and running in the cafe. Each day students throw away unopened snacks and fruit at the end of their lunch. We often have hungry students here at RMHS who could use a healthy snack before their afternoon sports and activities. There will be a table set up in the cafe for students to leave their unopened snacks for others to take. Please consider placing any snacks you do not want on this table for others in need.

RMHS Robockets
The RMHS Robockets team hosted a fun community event on November 19th, 2022. The event was called the Chain Reaction Event, and was hosted at Reading Memorial High School. Our robotics team was hoping that you would be willing to put an excerpt in your weekly newsletter. The event went as follows:
The RMHS Robockets team hosted a fantastic event, the Chain Reaction Event, in which many people in the community participated in and had a great time! When people started arriving, we started constructing the center piece, a community built Rube Goldberg machine. By the end of the event, over 40 people had shown up and helped us finish the center piece! Everyone had a blast, and the machine worked with only a few hiccups. We learned a lot from this event, such as planning and community outreach, and we hope to apply what we’ve learned to all future events!
Epidemic Disease Field Trip
Across cultures thanksgiving
Students brought in a dish of their choice to share with the class. Students chose something from their first culture or an American dish that they love!
