Vaping Information
We received this guide on Vaping from our Education Resource Center. Please open the PDF below; It contains good information for parents to know. Thank you for partnering with us to help our students make positive choices.
Visitor Parking and Entrances
1. Visitor parking is located in the student parking lot on north side of campus. Please use those spaces to park and proceed to school entrance.
2. All exterior doors are locked throughout the school day. There will be door bells to press for entrance starting this week. Please plan accordingly when visiting the campus. If you need additional assistance, please contact the school office and we will be happy to help.
3. Deliveries to campus for students must be brought into the office. We do not want students meeting cars in parking lots for deliveries. Students will be unable to meet in parking lot for any FIT lunch deliveries. Please plan to drop deliveries in the office. Please partner with us to keep students in supervised areas. As part of student safety, students are instructed to not open outside doors for visitors.
4. If you are visiting campus for an event or meeting, we ask that you enter the school at office entrance, sign in, and receive a visitor's badge.
Digital Footprints for Our Students #10
A few weeks ago, we completed our Shattered Dream program reminding students the importance of making good choices. While our program did not specifically address texting and driving (social media and driving), we take every opportunity to remind students the importance of their full focus when driving.
As always we ask you to continue to partner with us by having these conversations at home with your students. We also remind ourselves to be good models of the behavior we want to see.
School safety and climate continue to be important and we encourage our students to access adults on campus to help. Students are encouraged to "say something if they see something" by using our P3 Campus system or by visiting with any administrator or counselor on campus.
