Sharon Woodcock: Account Manager

Sharon joined the MADWOOD team May 13th 2019 and we are ecstatic to finally be able to share the big news! There’s one thing we love and that’s people that understand WOOD. Because of her stellar reputation in the industry, Sharon doesn’t need a big introduction. She comes to us with sawdust in her blood from one of our fantastic buying group partners, True Value. Sharon recently decided to take the plunge into the vendor world and join our Madison family… But let’s be real, we considered her family many years ago. Sharon brings immense experience and strong relationships to the table. We are truly honored to learn and grow our business in ways we never imagined.

Lee Shifflett: Account Manager

Lee joined the MADWOOD team April 22nd 2019 as an Account Manager on our Inside Sales Team. He has an extensive background in sales and years of customer support experience from his position as Vice President of Commercial Payments in Central and Southwest VA for Capital One. He also worked for Cintas for over 9 years, starting in production and working his way up through service and sales. Lee spends most of his time with his wife and two kids but enjoys a competitive golf game, hunting and hiking in his free time. He has hit the ground running with us so far in under one month’s time. We love him already and we know you will too!

Sam Taylor: Assistant Account Manager

Sam came to us fresh out of Radford University with a degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Management back in October 2018. As a local to Madison, VA and an outdoor enthusiast, we are lucky to have him join our MADWOOD team as an Assistant Account Manager. Our goal for Sam will be to help provide support to our Account Managers and Marketing team. In the future, we look for him to take a strong position in the agricultural fencing side of the business assisting Nathan Kline. Sam is eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile for all of our customers. We are excited to introduce him into the world of Southern Yellow Pine early on in his career and look forward to watching him grow as a young professional.
