Continuing Student Registration Information
Registration Information
The registration process: students will take their school picture, pick-up the textbooks, and Raider Reminder. We are so excited to see you and start school. We've made a couple banners to welcome you to the 2020-2021 school year. Take a picture (optional) in front of the banners when you arrive or before you leave.
We appreciate those families that have already completed the online registration document process last Spring. If you still need to turn in your PUSD Signature Verification Form (reminder: both you and your student need to sign this form!), and/or the Student Health Form (7th graders only), we will collect them during registration; as well as the 2020-2021 Student Chromebook Checkout Form.
Before You Arrive:
- Sign up on the link provided below, for your grade level day of Registration.
During your Appointment Window:
- Arrive on your date and time for the Registration Process
- Temperature Check Station #1
- Proceed to Station #2 (turn in Signature Verification Form/Health Form (7th gr only)
- Miscellaneous forms can also be turned in here: ASB, Yearbook, etc.
- Proceed to Station #3 Picture for Yearbook (and order picture packages, see link below)
- Proceed to Station #4 Textbook Pick-Up (books are labeled in last name alpha order)
- Proceed to exit, following the arrows. If you reserved a Chromebook, see Step 8.
- Proceed to Station #5 If you reserved a Chromebook. Form must be signed and turned in at Station #5.
Don't forget your selfie at Station #6. Selfies can be taken before entering the MPR or after as you exit back to the parking lot.
MASKS ARE TO BE WORN AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED DURING REGISTRATION.

Please make sure you have completed the online Continuing Student Registration process and forms via Synergy Parent VUE before coming to registration.
Immunizations
We would like all of our families to be aware of the new immunization regulations set forth by the California Department of Public Health that were effective in July, 2019. Parents and guardians are required to show vaccine records for all newly admitted students in TK/KN through 12th grade, students advancing to 7th grade, and any student enrolling at a new campus (i.e. elementary to middle school and/or middle to high school). California schools are required to verify that students have received the specified number of doses for each vaccine; MMR, Varicella, DTaP, Polio, and Hep B . Additionally, temporary and permanent medical exemptions must also meet specified criteria for any missing vaccine and/or to show proof of history of Varicella disease. For more information about immunization dosages, frequently asked questions, and/or medical exemption requirements, please visit www.shotsforschool.org or contact your district resource nurse at (858) 521-2812.
If your child is missing any of the required vaccines or has a personal belief waiver that will be expiring, please provide an up-to-date immunization record at your earliest convenience to the health technician at your school site. This will help to prevent any delays during the Spring enrollment period.

Chromebook Information

Please read the Chromebook Instructions thoroughly.
The signed form must be turned in at school when you pick up your reserved Chromebook during Registration.

Yearbook
Yearbooks can be ordered for $35.00 with the ASB card; $40.00 without ASB card.
Prices go up during the year.
