Golden Time
"Banri Tada is a newly admitted student at a private law school in Tokyo. However, due to an accident, he lost all of his memories. During his freshman orientation, he encounters another freshman from the same school, Mitsuo Yanagisawa, and they hit it off at once... but what is their fate, and will it lead to happiness or another memory to forget..." Taken from the Crunchyroll website.
I started Golden Time not too long ago and already have a good feeling about it. Since it is a new anime, there's not a whole lot to say about it. The art is great and I believe so is the animation. Though now that I read the summary crunchyroll has, it sounds like the relationship is between Mitsuo and Tada, but really it's not. The first episode, no spoilers I promise, a fancy car pulls up and out steps the gorgeous Kaga Koko, Mitsuo's childhood friend who supposedly decided all on her own when she was young that she and Mitsuo would marry. Being against the whole idea, Mitsuo tries in every way to avoid her.
As the episodes go on, more is learned about Tada Banri and Koko.
So far, this anime looks really good. It airs every Thursday and can be watched on the Crunchyroll website or app.
Beyond the Boundary
The encounter of the two will cause their lives to intertwine.
Youmu are basically like youkai (Japanese ghosts/spirits) and are created out of human anger, hatred, dark emotions really.
To combat these youmu, the Spirit World Warriors exist.
Beyond the Boundary is another anime that is currently airing and can also be viewed on the Crunchyroll website.
Like Golden Time, I started Beyond the Boundary not long ago. I'm liking what I see so far. The plot is going smoothly so far, but I don't feel like it's being rushed at any moment. There's the viewer's first encounter with a hostile youmu, a massive, a little learning about characters and some foreshadowing, nothing that shouldn't be in the first episodes. If this anime keeps going at this rate, it'll turn out pretty good. I'm looking forward to watching the rest and I recommend that others start watching it, even though it's still airing.
Wolf Children Ame and Yuki (Ookami Kodomo Ame to Yuki)
Wolf Children Ame and Yuki is a absolutely beautiful and cute movie. Watching Ame and Yuki grow up was so adorable and a very warm experience. I recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys these warmth filled movies.
