About GERDA
Gerda was a young girl during the time of the Holocaust. Her mother planned her a party during that time while they lived in the camp. She got the best thing she could wish for on her birthday it was an orange . Her mother left the camp so she could retrieve the orange . Gerda received the orange and it was the last time she seen her mother . Her mother was murder for leaving .
Life Lesson Learned
We should appreciate all the things in life that we are given . Something as little as an orange made this young lady day , We need to also thank the people who have helped us thus far in our lives , because we never know when it will be our last time to see them
