Elementary Online Gifted and Talented Project
Our fourth grade G&T online learning student group is participating in the UNLESS Contest sponsored by the Philadelphia Zoo. As part of the contest, students researched and created a website to bring awareness to the Golden Lion Tamarin. This site was created to help children and adults understand the dire situation of the Golden Lion Tamarins and why we need to save them. Students also gathered at Indian Fields to make seed balls with supplies provided by the Planet Bee Foundation. This project was aimed at helping to improve the ecosystem through air quality. Think globally, act locally was a focus during our seed ball activity!
