TECH TID BITS!
We have had a wonderful start to the 2018-2019 school year. Many parents wish that they could help their student at home but find it daunting and often exhausting after a long day at work and school. We love to partner with our parents and to show our students that we are a team in building the best educational opportunities that we can. One of the ways ROISD has provided for students is through a great new resource called Class Link. Parents and students can go to the ROISD webpage and click on STUDENT. Then choose the CLASS LINK icon. Their username is their lunch# and their password is their lunch#-initials. This new single sign on app allows students to access many of the wonderful websites and programs we have available through our ROISD portal. Students will click on the ONLINE DIGITAL RESOURCES tab and there they will find sites such as:
* DREAMBOX a self paced review for math, *STUDIES WEEKLY lessons and activities for social studies, * MYON which is books that students can read online or have read to them, *GOOGLE CLASSROOM that has TIMELY TECH activities posted each month, *STEMSCOPES lessons and activities that support the Science curriculum and many other amazing adventures await your student.
