Osteoporosis is a Bone disease which makes your bones weaker, more vulnrable and easier to fracture and break. the word osteoporosis mean 'porous bones'. Also have a bad posture can lead to having osteoporosis

How to prevent osteoporosis.

Your Diet

    • Drink your milk. Low-fat and skim milk, nonfat yogurt, and reduced-fat cheeses.
    • Go fish. Canned sardines and salmon, eaten with their bones, are also rich in calcium. Mackerel and other oily fish are rich in vitamin D.
    • Eat greens. Fill up on broccoli, bok choy, kale, Swiss chard, and turnip greens. Bananas also supply a potassium.

    • Stop Smoking
    • Avoid excessive alcohol


    • Back pains
    • Loss of height and stooped posture.
    • A curved upper back
    • Broken bones (fractures) that might occur with a minor injury, especially in the hip, spine , and wrist
