REPORT CARD MEETING SCHEDULES AVAILABLE SOON

Important information will be sent to your email inbox tomorrow (Friday, March 1) regarding the upcoming 3rd Quarter Report Card meetings set for Friday, March 22. Parents will have the opportunity to select a convenient time to meet with your student's teacher. Keeping in mind that this is an opportunity for teachers and parents to simply touch base face-to-face, each meeting has been allotted a short amount of time. Should concerns arise, parents and teachers are encouraged to schedule a formal conference for further discussion at the conclusion of the report card meeting. Parents will enter through the front entrance of the school and proceed to their student's classroom. If the classroom door is closed upon arrival, please wait in the hallway to respect the privacy of the report card meeting prior to yours. We look forward to this opportunity to strengthen our partnership with parents as we continue our mission of strengthening spirits, minds, and bodies through the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Report Card Meetings for 3rd Grade:

Parents will meet with their student's homeroom teacher, then have the opportunity to briefly meet with the other 3rd grade teacher if desired.

Report Card Meetings for 4th-8th Grade:

On Report Card Meeting Day, a station will be set up for distributing fourth grade, fifth grade and middle school report cards. All teachers will be included in your sign up email. If you would like to check in with one of your student’s teachers, you may sign up for a report card meeting time using that link.

Report cards not picked up on this day will be sent home with the student the following Monday.

THANK YOU!

Immaculate Conception Cathedral School recently introduced a new hands on learning program to Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade students based on the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. Students visit a special space on campus called the “Atrium” on a weekly bases to pray, develop a deeper relationship with God and to learn about the Bible and liturgy through hands-on activities. This unique and engaging program serves as a supplement to the school’s Faith and Life religion series.

Thank you to the following people and organizations for contributing to The Atrium project financially, through in-kind donations or by dedicating their time and talents to helping create a peaceful, spiritually inviting and educational environment for students.
