Think Win Win
Everyone Can Win - I balance courage for getting what I want with consideration for what others want. I make deposits in others' Emotional Bank Accounts. When conflicts arise, I look for Third Alternatives.
- Be cooperative. (Have an open minded attitude instead of a always insisting everything goes YOUR way.)
- Be considerate. (Think about what other people want, not just what you want.)
- Be a good problem solver. (Find ways to make both sides happy. Coe up with an answer that changes a bad situation into a good for everyone involved.)
