Marksmen Minute
A Look Ahead to the Week
Drama Club Play - The Groom Said No
This week, the Drama Club will be performing their annual spring play. This year, they are producing 'The Groom Said No.' You can come and watch the play this Friday or Saturday night at 7:00pm or on Sunday at 2:00pm.
PAC Academic Bowl
The HS Academic Teams will be competing this Tuesday night at Forest Park. This is their annual competition against the PAC schools to see who really is the smartest. Over the past 10 years, no school has won as much as Tell City!! Good luck to the teams as they represent our school.
SAT Test
This Saturday, we will host the SAT test in the high school math rooms for our students and others in our area. If you have not signed up....unfortunately, it is too late. But the underclassmen need to start planning ahead and getting ready for this next year. For those taking the test, see below for times when Mrs. Teague will be hosting sessions to get you ready for your best.
February Box Top Contest
Congratulations to Mrs. Glenn's Homeroom for winning February's box top for education contest. Her class will enjoy hot brownies and ice cream this week!
Weekly Stuff
Intresting Fact of the Week
There is an app you can download called "annoy a teen". This app plays sounds at a high enough frequency that adults can't hear it, but it drives teenagers crazy.
Bad Joke
What do you call a group of people that won't graduate till May 29, 2015?
Misconceptions
The Declaration of Independence was not signed on July 4, 1776, it was ratified on this date. It was signed on August 2, 1776. Also the Declaration was written on parchment.
