Exercise Exercise Exercise! Exercising has its benefits. Not only does it keep you in shape, but it can improve health in some with diseases and disabilities. Neglect to exercise can mean more trips to the doctor, hospitalization, obesity, and a variety of illnesses.
Don't forget a check up. Visiting the doctor regularly can help prevent any illness from occurring. Let them know if you have any discomfort or pain.
You are what you eat. Don't be that person who lets themselves go. Eating right will help you in the long run. It can prevent diseases such as heart disease and other diseases of that nature. Maintaining a balanced healthy diet, will give you the nutrients you need as you age.
Blow off steam. Its better to keep away stress as much as possible. Try to do soothing things such as meditating and yoga. Engage socially and try your best to avoid unnecessary drama.
