Instead of eating that fatty popcorn and soda, why not try some strawberries and blueberries? Instead of chips and dip, try apples and peanut butter. Eat a banana instead of that fatty ice cream. Try eating pineapples and mandarin oranges instead of junk food for a snack. Eating fruit is a great alternative to junk and fatty foods.


Pregnant Women

Pregnant women should be eating 2 cups of fruit a day. They should try to stick with fresh fruit rather than canned and frozen, even though these are still acceptable choices.
