PRISMATIC MAGIC ASSEMBLY!

I would like to thank our wonderful PTA for providing this experience for our students! Parents, I hope your child told you all about it, they were pretty excited during the assembly and afterwards. The program consisted of a stem portion which helped students understand what a laser is and what it can do! This was followed by an amazing animated and musical laser show called American Pride which was filled with facts about our great nation as well as traditional patriotic tunes and music by contemporary artists who students were very familiar with! A great time was had by all, and lots of learning too!

New this year - because you scheduled a program with our STEM Expansion, you, the teachers, the students and everyone at the school receive exclusive access to Prismatic Magic’s Laser Camp – a website where you can learn laser facts, watch educational videos, laser music videos, get answers to some Frequently Asked Questions, see laser special effects and more! Teachers and students are able to continue their exploration of lasers that our in-person show starts. You have access to this website from now until the end of the school year.

After the school has experienced the laser program, please share the following link and password to all who need it:

Therefore all of us at Wyatt, including our students, will receive exclusive access to Prismatic Magic’s Laser Camp – a website where you can learn laser facts, watch educational videos, laser music videos, get answers to some Frequently Asked Questions, see laser special effects and more! TARDIES!

Please help your children get to school on time. As I have said many times your goal should be to arrive by 7:30. When that happens students have a GREAT start to their day, they get to watch the announcements in their classroom, and they aren't tardy.

If the bell rings and your child is still outside the building, they are tardy. In the past, we have allowed about 2 minutes of wiggle room, just because we are nice. We will never mark a student tardy if the weather is very bad (rain or snow), or there is some delay in the carpool line that causes everyone in line to be late. But, going forward, if your child is tardy they will be marked tardy, and you will receive an automatic phone call. If you have more than two during the week, you will get a personal call from one of the administrators.

Please remember that 3 tardies = 1 absence.

Leave the house with plenty of time to spare - we drive slowly in the carpool line - please, do not speed.
