Ayesha Jaber- Fatima Ahmed
Documentation is a way of making learning visible to the students, teachers and parents, also it allows students to collect information with what they do and how they understand it(Journeytogetherfdk.com, 2016).
Portfolio
The teacher will make a portfolio for each students and each portfolio will include their names, and their pictures. Also the teacher will put an alphabet and numbers copy. Its also will include their works such as hand-on activity like painting, cutting shapes and puzzles. Every month the children will take the portfolios to the home and shows their parents, parents should sign in the right places to know how their children is developing their skills, so the teacher will now that they saw it.
Visual Arts Showcase
Teacher will create this showcase in the back of the class or she can stick it in the wall behind the classroom door. Teacher will let students stick their own work or the painting that they did it in the classroom in these showcase, so the parents and teachers can come and take a look whenever they want. Doing this showcase will motivate students to do more in painting with the visual art, they will be happy and they will feel confidante if they listen to the comment on their painting.

Class books
Bulletin board
Bulletin board is a board in the class which the teacher the students could stick their work in, this is a very useful method that the teachers use, because the students can take a look of their work every time, and be proud of it, also the parents in the parents meeting can take a look and be proud of them without a permission from the teacher, it’s a safe method because the children can't mess it up.
Documentation is a method of motivating students to do their work, and it reflects the children learning and plan in developing their abilities.
