Reminder: Leadership Opportunities
We still need some more teachers on the PBIS team. We also still need a COST coordinator. Please let me know ASAP if you're interested.
Class Changes/Balancing
The rest of the class balancing will hopefully happen within the next week. Contractually, we have 15 school days to balance out the classrooms, which would be Wednesday, Sept. 6.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this process.
Principals' Meeting Tuesday
Williams Site Visit
They would like to have all 3rd grade and below to have all books stacked on a counter for ease of counting. In 4th and 5th grade students may stack books on their desks.
Updated Uniform Complaint Forms must be posted visibly in all classrooms. If you do not have these required documents there will be copies available in the office for you.
Aeries Parent Portal Update
We currently have 320 parents who have not signed up for the AERIES Parent Portal. The Loop on AERIES is how robocalls/emails/texts are now being sent. If your students' parents are not on the portal, they are missing important information. Our parent facilitator has been having parents come in and sign up but we need everyone's help to get the message out. Please encourage parents you see to sign up for the portal or via your classroom newsletters.
During Back to School Night we will have many parents visiting your rooms, please have Chromebooks available for them to sign up that evening. I will get a list of students and their verification codes to you before that night.
