District Competition Results
We were excited to bring 57 students with us to the district competition on January 24th. Of those, 40 were finalists and 39 advanced on to state! Along with our students who prequalified to attend the state competition, we have 58 competitors who have the chance to represent our school at the state level. Students will compete March 15-18th in Chattanooga for a chance to advance on to the international competition in Anaheim, California! We are so proud of all of our competitors!
Accounting Applications:
· Braxton Anderson- 2nd place role play 1 and role play 2, 2nd place overall, and state qualifier

· Leah Kitchen- 3rd place test
· Ashley Mink- 8th place overall and state qualifier
Automotive Services:
· Tanner Carson- 1st place test, 3rd place role play 1, 3rd place overall, and state qualifier

· Abigail Boyte- 3rd place role play 1, 6th overall & state qualifier

Our annual Ballers' Breakfast will take place at the end of February during 1st block! This is open to all DECA members! At this breakfast, we will award the district competitors who were finalists, as well as celebrate our chapter!
