Welcome to November!

Start each day with a grateful heart! ~anonymous

With Halloween past and the holidays approaching it is time to stop and think about all the things we are grateful for! Our lives are filled with hugs and smiles every day! I am so grateful for that! There are challenges, of course, but we have so much love surrounding us that it makes those challenges a little easier!

October was filled with lots of fun things for our Rose Hill family. Thank you all for your participation in our Pizza Fundraiser, Stomp Out Bullying with Kindness Week, Rose Hill's Book Fair and the Vocabulary Parade! We had a lot of fun while raising money for our students and for our school!

We are closed for Thanksgiving Break which is November 24-November 26th.

We hope you take the time to slow down and feel gratitude for all that is around you! It really is a wonderful life that we are living in.

Please Mask Up!

Please make sure your child has a mask each day for school. It's also good to have an extra mask just in case it is needed. Thank you for your support!

Rose Hill Arrival Process

Rose Hill welcomes all students at 7:50 am each day.

We kindly ask for parents not to drop off any students before 7:50 am as they will be unsupervised until 7:50 am, when the doors open.

The Tardy bell is at 8:10. If your child arrives after that time, you must sign him/her in.

Rose Hill Dismissal - Updated Concerns

This is a friendly reminder to our families. If your child is a front walker, please make sure to stay on the sidewalk on the other side of the cross walk. Parents should not come up to the building to pick up their child. Thank you for your cooperation.

There have been concerns from families in our Rose Hill neighborhood that parents are blocking driveways when picking up students from the back path. Please show courtesy and consideration to our Rose Hill neighbors when picking up your student from the neighborhood.

If there is a change to the end of the day dismissal process for your child, we ask that it be submitted in writing. There will be no changes to the end of day process after 2 pm.

Covid- 19 - Monitoring Symptoms

Monitoring of Symptoms

Reynoldsburg City Schools School Nurses will take a primary role in letting students and staff know when they need to stay home due to symptoms of COVID-19.

We ask that all families monitor symptoms and keep students home until they are asymptomatic. Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

● Fever or chills

● Cough

● Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

● Fatigue

● Muscle or body aches

● Headache

● Loss of taste or smell

● Sore throat

● Congestion or runny nose

● Nausea or vomiting

● Diarrhea

● Repeated shaking with chills

Anyone one with symptoms or a fever over 100-degrees Fahrenheit should stay home.

***Students must be symptom free WITHOUT the use of medication for 24 hours to return to school. ***
