STUDENT ID CARDS

EVERY student must have their student ID's with them at all times. ID's are required if your student is getting food from the cafeteria. The lines go much faster if students have their ID cards with them.


LOST ID: If your student lost their ID card, they may purchase a reprint for $1.00 for first reprint. Each reprint after will cost $5.00. Come to the front office to request a reprint.

If your student has a DIETARY NEED, please fill out a "Medical Statement to Request Special Meals and/or Accommodations" form. You can access the form online or through the LC Cafeteria. Click HERE to access the form.

Form for dietary need must be signed by parent/guardian AND a state licensed healthcare professional.


You can submit a meal request which needs to be signed only by a parent/guardian.


Please have your student turn their form into the cafeteria manager Mrs. Bronte.

GOT INSURANCE?

If your student will be using a school Chromebook, we highly recommend the purchase of insurance which will cover your device of mechanical failure, accidental damage, loss and theft. Chromebook insurance is $29 per student for the year (compared to $44 last year) and includes one-time replacement coverage for power cords/adapters. Insurance will need to be purchased online.
