WELCOME MS. JACOBUS TO OUR 3RD GRADE TEAM
We are excited to have Ms. Oliva Jacobus join our 3rd grade Country Dale team! Below is a little something about Ms. Jacobus.
I graduated from Iowa State in 2019 with a degree in elementary education and endorsements in reading and language arts. I moved to Milwaukee with my dog, Murphy, and my fiance, who attends Marquette Law School. I spent my first year of teaching as a middle school ELA teacher at St. Mary Parish School in Menomonee Falls. I am so excited to be the new 3rd-grade teacher at Country Dale! The thing I am most excited about is getting to build relationships with my students.

COUNTRY DALE SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST IS UPDATED
Thank you to all of you for your patience as we set up our Virtual Option and revisit some of our normal start of the year processes like school supplies. As of today, all school supply lists are updated.
One common question right now is, "Are school supplies the same for VIRTUAL students as they are for IN-PERSON students?"
- For 4K-5th Virtual: We have trimmed down the in-person school supply list and linked up a "Virtual" supply list to each school's supply list document.
Here is the Country Dale school supply list for the upcoming school year 2020-21.
FORMS DUE TO THE OFFICE
Just a reminder that if you have any forms such as your child’s birth certificate, proof of residency or immunization records that need to be turned in, feel free to stop by the office prior to the start of school to drop those off. Please call first 414-529-8240 to ensure that a staff member is available.
MEDICATIONS FOR THE 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR
If your student will require ANY (over the counter or prescription) medication for the 2020-21 school year, please fill out the Request to Administer Medication form and have it signed by your physician.
All medication can then be dropped off at school in its original container along with this form. Please feel free to drop off medication in the office starting August 24.
ATTENTION 4K & KINDERGARTEN PARENTS REGARDING BUS TRANSPORTATION HOME
4K & Kindergarten students will be picked up and dropped off with other elementary students at a designated stop. A parent or designee must assume responsibility for the child at the stop when dropped off.
If parents would like to designate a person other than themselves, they can send an email to Tricia.Geiger@franklin.k12.wi.us.
In regards to same-day notification (this should only be done for emergencies), please call First Student Busing at 414-422-2020 so they can pass along the information to the bus driver.
