Flu Season is on the rise. Many are getting sick. Please take precaustion when at school, public places are at home. If you are sick take medicine correctly and read all warning signs. Consult your physican before taking any over-the-counter vitamins or medicationand before getting the flu shot. My newspaper will help with many tips to stay healthy. Exercise
When you have the flu you will need to do alot of exercise like this ones:ride a bike,play sport's,run,and do more bunch of stuff.when you exercise you will also need to go check your doctor to check your health and weight.The people who are active and exercise are probaly not getting the flu shot because they keep track of themselfs.The people got the flu shot and keep on exercising will have more entire exercise boosts flu shot antibodies.

If you have the flu you might be thinking about the flu diet. If you are thinking about it you should be eating healthy.There are several type's of food that you could eat when you have the flu.There are food's like red chili pepper that will help you because they are very hight in vatiamins c a red pepper has as twice as vitamins c than an orange.Garlic is another type of food that will help you because it could multiply the white cells.
