GLOW SHOW
Mrs. Tinney would like to invite everyone to attend the Glow Show on December 20th at 9:30 am in the MS/HS Auditorium. If you plan on attending, please let me know by grade level if you have not already done so. We will be walking to and from this fun event.
LETTERS TO SANTA- MAKE A WISH FOUNDATION
Please try and have all of your students write a "Letter to Santa" before Wednesday, December 19th. For every letter to Santa received by Macy's between now and December 24th, Macy's donates $1, up to $1,000,000, to Make-A-Wish!
The attached pdf file has a template that can be used, it also has a coloring sheet and a connect the dots form. Lots of fun, with lots of love.
DISTRICT WIDE ASSESSMENT INVENTORY K-6th GRADE
As of this morning, only 4th and 6th grade have completed the assessment inventory. I resent the sheets document to you this morning. Please complete as soon as possible.
3-6 GRADE - M-STEP ONLINE PASSAGE-BASED FIELD TEST
3-6 grade - M-STEP Online Passage-Based Field Test in an online Passage based Writing Field Test for students in grades 3–8. The field test takes place January 7 – February 1, 2019. You will need to get test tickets in the office to test your homeroom during this time period. They will be ready by January 7.
NWEA TESTING
The testing window for NWEA will be open January 2. Please complete testing for your students by January 18 so data can be used for report cards for the 2nd marking period.
GYM RIBBON CUTTING: FRIDAY, JANUARY 4
There will be a gym ribbon cutting ceremony prior to the start of the basketball games scheduled on January 4th. The boys and girls varsity basketball team will participate in this exciting ribbon-cutting event.
BREAK REMINDERS
Please remember to unplug high voltage appliances in your classroom over break. Please also make sure your doors and windows are locked and classrooms are tidy for a deep cleaning.
PIVOT REMINDER
After an observation is made you will receive an email from Five Star Pivot. This is the feedback from your observation. There will be noticings and wonderings embedded within this format. Please respond to these within 24 hours. There may be follow up after your initial response from me.
NO GRADE LEVEL TEAM MEETING/OBSERVATION THIS WEEK
Please complete the two Flipgrids below in place of grade level meeting/observation this week. These are both required.

REPORT CARDS
The end of the semester is January 18th. The afternoon of the 18th is a grade reporting day for staff. Report cards should go home the following Friday, January 25.
