The definition of stress is a feeling created when we react to something it is the body's way of preparing itself to deal with tough situations.

The difference between good and bad stress

The difference between good stress and bad stress is that good stress help protect us from tough situations which is called fight or flight. bad stress is more of a long term stress that can wear out the body's reserves and can make you feel sick or weak.

The body's response to stress

everyone is unique and emotionally responds to long-term stress in different ways like we may act out in anger toward other people.
