Important No OCEAN classes May 26, May 29, May 30
No OCEAN classes:
May 26 - No School Snow Day
May 29 - Memorial Day
May 30 - OCEAN retreat
Email Sarah if your student or family wants to join the retreat from 8:30-10:30 for next year planning. We need several more students and families to provide feedback and help with planning to make OCEAN be the best it can be for everyone.
Returning School Chromebooks, Hotspots and School/Library Books
We are getting close to the end of the school year. All school chromebooks, hotspots and books need to be returned for the end of the year so that students don't get charged a fine for missing items.
All items can be returned to the OCEAN office between 9am and 1pm on school days. The deadline for returning items in June 16 at 9am.

Seeking Students and Families to Join May 30 Planning Retreat
On May 30 from 8:30-10:30am we are holding a planning session for the 23-24 school year. If you would like to join us both students of all ages and families are invited to join us at OCEAN.
If you plan to join us please email Sarah srubenstein@ptschools.org so we can plan for the group size.

School counselors Kiley Gard and Kirsten Bledsoe will provide information how to navigate your student's senior year with a special focus on college and post-high school planning, financial aid/scholarships and senior project.

Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Senior Prom, 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm at the JFK Building in Fort Worden
Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - 10:45 am in the PTHS gym. Distribution of caps, gowns, yearbooks and graduation tickets
Thursday, June 8, 2023 - Seniors return any textbooks or other school items.
Friday, June 9, 2023 - 11:00am - Senior Group Photo in caps and gowns in front of the gym at 11:00 am, followed by Senior Walk.
Tuesday June 13, 2023 - OCEAN Senior Tea 5:15pm, Cotton Bldg. - pick up your OCEAN stole
Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - Graduation Practice - McCurdy Pavilion, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Thursday, June 15, 2022- Graduation Day! - Graduation Practice - 8:30 am - 1:00 pm - McCurdy Pavilion
- Arrive at the Chapel for graduation by 6:15 pm for the walk over to McCurdy Pavilion.
- COMMENCEMENT, 7:00 pm McCurdy Pavilion (admission by ticket only).
- Following graduation - Check out at the Chapel . Return gowns and stoles in return for your diploma and other paperwork.
- Head to the bus for Grad Night! Grad Night is from 10:00 pm-2:00 am.
