A Message from Administration

Dear Enchanted Care Families,

Spring has finally arrived and we want to make sure all of our students can take full advantage of our outdoor play spaces! Please make sure that your child has a spare set of well-fitting, weather-appropriate clothes that are labeled. Additionally, now is a great time to start collecting sunscreen so that we are ready for the first hot and sunny day of the year. Please remember that sunscreen cannot be an aerosol and must be labeled with your child's first and last name. Our teachers are planning outdoor games, lessons and picnics to celebrate spring. We can’t wait to share these activities with your child!

Summer Camp registration is currently underway. We hope that your family will be joining us! Please visit our Summer Camp webpage to learn more.

Our classes will be celebrating Earth Day on April 22nd by revamping our garden and planting vegetables. If you would like to donate seeds or plants, please reach out to the Administration team. We can’t wait to share photos on Links 2 Home!

Wishing you well,

Ms. Heather, Ms. Toi & Ms. Lucy

Survey Feedback

Thank you to those who have completed our parent surveys. This is a great way for us to receive feedback and continuously improve our program. Based on the comments and scores provided thus far, we have narrowed down our areas of concentration to the items listed below. Our goal is to improve these areas even further in the coming weeks.

Parking Lot

We are aware that the parking lot has been a source of concern for many families for a while. We hope everyone will be excited to hear that we are actively working with our home office to repair the parking lot and other outdoor maintenance needs as soon as possible!

Operating Hours

We are happy to announce that starting April 19th our campus hours will return to 6:00am-6:00pm. We hope that by opening earlier and staying open later we can better meet the needs of our families. We truly appreciate your patience as we work out scheduling needs for the new operating hours.

Tuition Payment Changes

As a reminder, beginning Monday, May 3rd, 2021, we will only accept ACH or Automated Credit Card powered by our Parent Portal, Alma, for weekly tuition payments.

To access the Alma Portal, please navigate to our website (Learning Center click here, Kids Campus, click here), hover over the For Parents tab and click on My Account. To reset your password, enter your username and the email you use for Links2Home communications. Usernames are typically firstname.lastname. Please know the Alma portal can only be accessed through the primary parent's account.

We understand the change this brings to your family and are hopeful this notice give you time to begin planning for payments earlier in the week. If you need assistance in navigating this change, please reach out to us directly. We are happy to help make arrangements and get you set up in Alma.

Staffing Update

Welcome, Ms. Mackayla!

We are excited to welcome Ms. Mackayla to our Intermediate classroom! Mackayla graduated from Bellefontaine High School in 2016 and attended the University of Findley until 2018. She has been working with children since 2016. Children are Mackayla’s passion and she knew she wanted to work with kids when she was in kindergarten. Outside of school, Mackayla enjoys baking, quilting, painting, playing instruments, and hanging out with her younger brother, Xavier.

Imagination Library

As you may know, a child who can’t read well is four times more likely to drop out of high school before graduation. To ensure every child has the resources they need to succeed, the state of Ohio has partnered with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a book gifting program that mails one age-appropriate book each month to all children under the age of five at no cost to the family.

The books chosen by Dolly’s Imagination Library are very high quality. Books are age appropriate and come with reading tips for parents on the inside cover. Click here for the 2021 book list.

Parents can visit https://ohioimaginationlibrary.org/ to enroll today! A child’s name, birth date, and address are all that is needed to start getting books in the mail.
