Student Enrollment & Verification

Each new school year, it is important for families to verify their student’s re-enrollment for the coming school year, which is what we also refer to as the ‘verification’ process. This is done by logging into ParentVUE. Click the ‘Family Updates and New Student Enrollment’ link in the right hand corner of the page, and it will help guide you through the necessary steps. Please make sure you are seeing the current ‘2022-2023’ school year listed.

Some of the items you will need to verify are address updates, emergency contacts & school closure plan, and transportation (arrival & dismissal plan).

If you have any questions, need your ParentVUE activation key, or need assistance resetting your password, please contact Melissa Hagen at the Lee School office by calling 503-263-7150 or emailing her at

New School Schedule

We have a new school schedule for the upcoming school year.

Our school day will now begin promptly at 8:00am and end at 2:30 pm. Students can come to school starting at 7:45 for breakfast or to go straight to class. See the picture below for information.

Students will no longer have late start on Wednesdays, now we will have early dismissal. All students will be dismissed at 1:30pm on Wednesday afternoons to provide critical Collaborative Team (CT) time for teachers.

Lee Office Has Moved To Ackerman For The Summer!

The Lee School office is located at Ackerman!

If you need to contact us for any reason, feel free to call our Lee School phone number 503.263.7150 or come over to Ackerman to see us!

We will return to Lee School in late August, once we are given the 'all clear'!

Class Placements

We know this is the time of year when your children start wondering more about the teacher they will have this school year.

As a staff, we are working hard to make sure all classrooms are balanced and a "great fit" for all of students! We will finish up this process over the next couple of weeks, and then send all students a post card from their new teacher.

School Supply List

This year’s student supply list is included below and can also be found on our school website. As in past years, the CSD has purchased some supplies to help minimize the financial impact on families.

Children can bring their supplies with them to Meet and Greet on September 1st.

If your family would like assistance with school supplies, please contact The Canby Center for support at 503-266-2920, contact Lee School Office at 503-263-7150 or email Mrs. Parker at

We are here to help!!

Childcare Job Opportunity at Lee

We are planning to provide an after school childcare program from 2:40-4:30 at Lee School for our students this school year. We have a couple of fantastic individuals interested, but are looking for more!

Site leads would work about 3 hours daily. Childcare assistants could work up to two hour per day, and schedules can vary. If you have any interest in working some hours and being a part of this exciting new program in our school district, then please apply today.

Kindergarten Registration

If you have a student who will be five years old by September 1, 2022 - it's time to get them enrolled! Registration is open online now, and enrollment helps us identify class resources needed and placements heading into this school year.

If you need help determining which school your child should attend, use the Clackamas County Address Checker.
