Shared Folders🗂
A Shared Folder allows your members to delegate tasks that makes them feel effective. It also allows you to share templates and create a culture of consistent and streamlined communications.
Creating a Folder
- Click on "Newsletters" in the top toolbar.
- Click on "Create a new folder".
Then, click on "Add newsletters" to select the newsletters you'd like to share with your team.
Click on "Share this folder" and select members
💡 If you've created a Template Folder, make sure to set your members as Viewers so that they will only be able to duplicate these templates.
💡 If you'd like to collaborate with your team or community, set them as Editors to ensure they can also make changes to the newsletters.
Live Collaboration📝
The new Editor allows you and other members of the same Team Account to collaborate on the same newsletter at the same time.
If another member is working on your newsletter, their profile picture and activity status will appear at the top right corner of the Editor next to the "Learn" button.
- Green circle indicates that they're currently working on the newsletter.
- Grey circle indicates that they have worked on the newsletter in the past few days.
