Fun Run 2019!
Last Friday was a picture perfect day to run. Everyone seemed to have a great time running and spending time together as a school. Thank you to Camille Holstein for organizing the event and to all of the parent volunteers that marked cards or distributed water to our energetic runner! If you have not had a chance to send in your Fun Run donations, please do so tomorrow. We are so appreciative of the support for our outdoor classroom and PBIS program. We will announce our total in a future newsletter.
Tonight is the first PTO Meeting of the year and I will share an overview of Standards-based report cards. While I hope to see a lot of you at the meeting, the link below does provide an overview of key points and I will post the presentation on our school website afterwards. Our K-2 report card is not new but we understand some parents may not be familiar with this approach to reporting progress.
