Complete these steps if you are prompted to change your password:

2. Then turn off the wifi.
3. Change the password on your computer.
4. Open the "Microsoft Outlook 2010" icon. It will prompt you to enter your new password. Enter your new password and check "Remember my Credentials."
5. If Outlook accepts the new password the dialog window asking about your password will not appear again. Yay!
6. Then on your mobile device(s) that have your work email address, go to your Settings, Mail, the account, and change your password. Your device should tell you whether it accepts the change or not.
