Music for Youth Bravo! We were so impressed by the beautiful string instrument performance of Dryden students and others across the district. What a wonderful example of the fruits that come from practice and dedication! | Remembrance & Hope We thank Music Teacher, Mr. Deptula, for bringing our community together with his heartfelt performance on the morning of September 11. Our students and community are filled with hope for a peaceful future as we focus on good deeds and including others. | Thank you, LMC Volunteers! LMC Director, Mrs. Kovacic, and Teaching Assistant, Mrs. O'Hara welcomed and trained many volunteers last week. We greatly appreciate the extra help as we nurture each child's love of reading and learning and finding that "just right" book! |

Walk to School Day
Students and their families are invited to meet Dryden staff at one of the following intersections for a healthy, fun walk to school on Wednesday, October 2 at 8:40 AM:
- Belmont & Park
- Rockwell & Burton
- Park & Lincoln
- Orchard & Roosevelt
A map of the walking routes is included below. Dryden staff will be wearing their school spirit wear and ID badges so that you can easily spot them. Bus riders and students in CAP will walk the field with Dryden staff to kick off their morning with a healthy walk as well. We look forward to walking to school with you and enjoying the arrival of fall!

Picture Day is Wednesday, September 25, 2019. Let’s get those smiles camera ready!
We have a new company, Inter State Studio, who offers a variety of picture day styles. Orders can be placed online through www.inter-state.com/order. Please use the Code 39245WB, enter your child's name, teacher, and grade. Package details will be shown after you enter this information. We are also sending paper order forms via backpack mail this week!
Parents can sign up for Picture Day Reminders at www.inter-state.com/kiosk. Please see the attachment for more information regarding online picture day orders.
