Where will you attend school for second semester?

At this time, we will assume that all families plan to attend Liberty Academy for semester two unless we hear otherwise from the student or parent.

End of Course exams: Coming up soon!

End-of-course (EOC) exams are required for graduation in the following classes: American Government, ELA 10, Algebra I, and Biology.


Liberty Academy EOC exams will be the week of December 9th. If your student is scheduled to take an EOC exam, they will be informed AND a mailing will be sent home just after Thanksgiving. Check your mail! PLEASE avoid scheduling any out-of-school appointment for your student during this time.

Seniors: SCHOLARSHIP opportunity for you!

The Liberty Community Scholarship Program is made up of scholarships given through the generosity of 40+ local organizations. All seniors from LHS and LNHS are eligible to apply; all organizations accept the same single application! Each scholarship will be awarded to seniors from LHS and/or LNHS. Scholarship awards average $1,000 each. Over $190,000 and 97 awards were given last May. The submission deadline is 4pm on February 3, 2020.

Interested in the Career Centers?

Students interested in applying to Northland or Excelsior Career Centers for next year must shadow a program of interest to apply. Programs available include:

Carpentry/Construction Technology, Computer Technology, Animation & Media, Health Services (1 year), Heating and Air Conditioning, EMT, Fire Science, Electrical Trades, Automotive Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Aviation Technology, Construction Technology, Culinary Arts, Diesel Technology, Heating/Cooling and Climate Control (HCCC), Industrial Welding, IT Professional, Law Enforcement/CSI, Production Technologies, and Teaching Professions.

College and Career Treks at Liberty North High School

Find out about all the off campus opportunities available for your high school student; Northland CAPS, Early College Program, Area Career Center, Northland Career Center, KC Tech Academy, Educational Internship Program and LPS Internships! A full evening starting at 6 PM.

Annual Academic and Activity Fair: 12/11

Representatives from our departments and organizations will be available for you to learn about all the courses and opportunities at LHS for next year! We would love for you to join us so your student can gather critical information before they start the enrollment process in January!

Graduating LHS students:

All Graduation information for Liberty High School seniors and their families can be found by visiting the LHS website, and clicking on Graduation, found under the Student Life heading.

  • Each graduate will automatically receive 7 tickets to the Graduation Ceremony. There is no fee associated with tickets.
  • You have the OPTION to request up to THREE extra tickets, per graduate.
  • To request extra tickets, please click here, or use the request form on the Graduation web page. All requests are due by Friday, March 13, 2020. Requests are date and time-stamped.
  • Notification will be made by March 27th, to the email address provided on the form, if your extra ticket request has been approved.
