It's hard to believe the holidays are just around the corner. Tis the Season! Looking ahead, there are some important dates coming up to be aware of.
- Wednesday, December 16: Quarter 2 Progress Reports, No advisory classes.
- Monday, December 21 - Friday, January 1: Winter Break, No School
- Monday, January 4: School Resumes

Holiday Assistance
As we enter the holiday season, if you are in need of some supports, please let us know.
Here are a couple of resources that might be helpful in the weeks ahead:
December 5th - at East Hill Church 701 Main St Gresham OR across the street from MEWA, they are having a drive-through giveaway of groceries, socks, and children's shoes. 10am-12:30pm
Friday's Urban Gleaners - Food boxes are available. No information required. Food is always free. They will not be open Christmas and New Years, but families can go to this site weekly. 23901 NE Halsey Street., Wood Village, OR 97060. Madera Court Apartments is where the distribution is located.
Student supplies still available for pick up
If you have not had a chance to pick up your Student(s) Supply Envelope from our last distribution, you will be receiving a call from our WOMS staff this Wednesday, Dec 2nd to make those arrangements. As a reminder, supply pick-up is by appointment only. Envelopes contain curriculum/novels that students may be currently needing in their classes. Our staff will help schedule a day and time that works best for you!

PTC School Fundraiser - Yard Signs
Missed out on West Orient yard signs this fall? No worries, we have you covered! Simply place your order via our Square Store and you will be contacted by our PTC for sign pick up arrangements.
Each yard sign is $20 and all profits go directly back to our wonderful teachers and staff (Teacher/Staff Grant Fund). Signs are also water proof, so you can keep showing your WO Pride all season long!

Student Immunizations & Health Clinic Information
Just a reminder that students still need to have their immunizations up to date by the exclusion day in February so that students are not excluded when we return to in-person instruction.
