Bob Pozen, a senior lecturer of business administration at Harvard Business School recommends: "Don't hit 'Reply All' unless it is imperative that everyone needs to hear what you have to say".
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
Use the BCC field when emailing a large group of people to minimize the chances of multiple people using "Reply All".
If you do not see the BBC field when you open a new message follow the directions below.
Open a new email.
Click on the options tab.
Click "BCC".
The BCC will now be visible when you compose a new email.
