Message from the Leadership Team.
This week we take time to celebrate National Teacher Appreciation Week and to say, "Thank You” to all our amazing and special teachers for all that they do each and every day. Remember that you have the power to change the trajectory of generations to come by making that difference. Know that you are truly appreciated for all that you do.
Also, please take a moment to complete the 2018-2019 Teacher Interest Survey for next school year. This quick survey assist us in planning for the needs of next year while trying to accommodate everyone's interests.

ESOL Instructor Resources
After a training on CASAS, I learned and/or was reminded that everything that is on the CASAS test is what our students need to know in their daily lives. Seeing that we only have a few weeks left to post test, focus on the most tested item. In each level, the focus is a bit different.
For Level 1-3: focus on the Consumer Economics & Community Resources Competencies
For Level 3-4: focus on the Employment Competencies/Standards
For Level 5-6: focus on the Employment Competencies/Standards
You can find a copy of the FLDOE Frameworks with Competencies on our shared drive.
Please let me know if you would like assistance in finding this resource.
